The booking tool on our website is provided by the channel manager Beds24. Through this tool we can receive your reservation and manage it in every phase until your departure from our structure.

Duration of Treatment: only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, no later than 7 days from their collection for the purposes of booking.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Your data is stored on a secure server. Who has access to them: the data controller and the administrative staff of Venerabile Congregazione dei Servi di Maria, as well as our legal and commercial consultancy, and the technical maintenance staff of the website.

Mode, place and duration of treatment

The processing of your data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and in particular: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, access, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

The exercise of your rights is free under article 12 of the GDPR.
